Our beer garden is opening its doors—and we’re celebrating with you!
Look forward to an unforgettable summer day set against a magnificent mountain backdrop, with cool, freshly tapped beer and excellent company. Naturally, the opening kicks off with a great barbecue—featuring everything from succulent specialties to delicious vegetarian highlights, there is something to suit every taste.

Our Alpenrose
Greetings and a warm welcome to our Alpenrose in Bayrischzell, the picturesque mountain village at the foot of the Wendelstein. With its location right next to the train station in the center of the village, our hotel is the ideal base for a wide variety of outdoor activities in the Tegernsee-Schliersee Alpine region all year round.
Enjoy your stay in one of our 31 comfortable rooms, from single rooms to large suites. We will offer additional rooms from 2026 in our newly opened extension. Classic and modern Bavarian cuisine with a large selection of vegan dishes can be discovered in our restaurant. On sunny days, our beer garden provides cool shade, while the sun terrace right next to it is the perfect location for a relaxed sundowner in the evening atmosphere.
Our wellness & spa area is available to you as a hotel guest free of charge, and we also have suitable rooms with state-of-the-art technical equipment for conferences and events.

Are you looking for a quiet place with beautiful surroundings as a meeting point for a business meeting, a conference or a seminar? You’ve come to the right place at the Alpenrose. Our “Ursprung” meeting room offers a capacity for up to 30 people. Thanks to state-of-the-art digital technology, you also have the option of connecting with other guests from all over the world and connecting them to the meeting room online.
Restaurant
Whether hearty or light, classic or modern – there is something for every taste at the Alpenrose. Our cuisine combines regional specialties with fresh, vitamin-rich ideas – featuring meat dishes as well as vegan options.
Our restaurant is open daily.
Hot meals are available continuously from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Start your day on a delicious note with our breakfast:
Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and on Sundays and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Our bar is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and invites you to linger throughout the day.
Relaxation
The wellness and spa area, which opened in the rear building of the Alpenrose in 2019, is an oasis of well-being on two levels and 180 square meters. Exactly the right setting to give body, mind and soul peace and relaxation. While sauna, steam bath and adventure shower on the lower level ensure well-being, guests can put themselves in the hands of our professional massage team on the upper floor to release tension and loosen muscles. In addition to the ten relaxation loungers, a door leads to the picturesque sun terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains around Bayrischzell.
THE USE OF THE WELLNESS AND SPA AREA IS FREE OF CHARGE FOR HOTEL GUESTS,
YOU CAN GET A BATHROBE FOR A RENTAL AND WASHING FEE OF FIVE EUROS AT OUR RECEPTION.
