hotel-front

The Alpenrose Bayrischzell Hotel & Restaurant is one of the best establishments in Bayrischzell and can be reached from Munich in a good hour. Our house was completely renovated after the takeover by the current owners. The Alpenrose stands for Bavarian hospitality in an exciting mixture of tradition and modernity. We are also the starting point for a wide variety of sports and leisure activities in the beautiful area around Bayrischzell.

We are a young team and stand for personal and friendly service. We maintain a relaxed and respectful relationship with each other and with our guests. We regularly support our employees in training courses and support them with extraordinary challenges, such as finding accommodation.

In order to continue to meet our high standards of hospitality and service, we are looking for reinforcements. Fun, joy and enthusiasm for the work are more important to us than a completed professional training. Career changers are also welcome. Are you interested? Then write to

Dirk Wesenfeld

Our architect

With his love for Bavaria and Bayrischzell, owner Dirk Wesenfeld has given the Alpenrose Bayrischzell a modern, fresh look with new interiors, renovations and new buildings. This created a harmonious mixture of the Bavarian attitude to life between tradition and modernity, between history and the present. A feel-good atmosphere in which guests immediately feel at home.

Born in 1965 in Bad Reichenhall, Dirk Wesenfeld now lives with his wife in Munich. Through his grandparents and parents, who come from the Bavarian Oberland, he is deeply connected to the region. Mountaineering and skiing are his passion.

Dirk Wesenfeld has been working as an architect since 1993, and in 2000 he founded his own office in Munich with a partner. He has extensive experience in the field of housing, commerce, gastronomy and hotels. For more information see also www.wesenfeldhoefer.de
