FOLLOW ME! “In the footsteps of my Home Country” – Trails around Bayrischzell.
The Trailrunning Camp at the Hotel Alpenrose in Bayrischzell offers pure nature, beautiful countless mountain peaks, exciting trails, but also deceleration for mind and body.
Together with @Manuela Dietzinger (certified Trail Running Guide Coach of the ASTA and experienced competition runner), and @Vroni Heidrich certified Yogini and also ultra runner, you start directly in front of the Hotel Alpenrose on the picturesque paths around the picturesque mountain village of Bayrischzell.
You will learn with like-minded people how to move more efficiently, safely and with more joy on the trails.

Experience daily guided trail running tours with certified Trail Running Guides & Coaches and get to know my favorite routes, discover new trails and grow beyond yourself!

Condition and Level:

- The trail running camp is ideally suited for trail running beginners, advanced runners, and recreational runners alike. As a runner, you should be fit enough to run for at least 2 hours straight (10km in approx. 70 minutes on flat terrain) or 2-3 hours of activity in the mountains. Running downhill should not be a problem.
